A brief summary of our team's past planes and competition performance

2025-2026 Season

The 2025-2026 season introduced a new design challenge unlike any previous year, pushing the team to rethink core aspects of the aircraft's design.

The team placed 11th out of 35 registered teams in the regular class at the 2026 SAE Aero Design East Competition.

2024-2025 Season

For the 2025 SAE Aero Design East Competition, MAST built on prior years' experiences and took on new technical challenges. With a fresh design approach, the team prioritized structural integrity and modularity.

The team placed 7th out of 37 registered teams in the regular class at the SAE Aero Design East Competition

2023-2024 Season

By taking inspiration from lessons learned at the 2023 SAE Aero Design East Competition, MAST saw great improvements in our flight performance at competition. The team optimized our design and ultimately produced a more competitive plane.
